It's cold, but you can still laugh!
Well, it’s winter now. My favorite time of year. Not just because I get to wear layers and cute outfits, but because comedy show attendance is typically better during the cold months. If you can’t play corn hole in a field, you might as well attend a comedy show.
I have couple shows coming up that I want you all to know about. You should come out and drink and laugh because what else are you going to do?
>>>>DIARY: Why I can’t do comedy contests anymore, but probably still will
Sunday, Nov. 11: I will be back at my home club, Wiley’s Comedy Joint for the Sunday Comics Show. I will be trying some new jokes, so come on out. The address is 101 Pine Street. It’s Veterans Day, so come celebrate them with laughs.
Friday, Nov. 23: You got that right. We are totally telling jokes on Black Friday! This is the perfect cure for a Thanksgiving hangover. Depressed because you hate your family? Come laugh at The Heathens of Comedy, Lee Mays, Rob Wilfong and Jessica Graue. We will be performing at the Blarney Stone Tavern in Worthington at 2245 W. Dublin Granville Road Unit 111. The show starts at 8:30 p.m. and there is no cover!
>>>>BLOG: A show about comics that doesn’t feel like a show about comics
Friday, Nov. 30: I will be at the Darkness Brewing in Bellevue, Ky. Don’t worry. It’s right across the river. I will be performing with some awesome Cincinnati comedians. The address is 224 Fairfield Ave.
I currently have no shows booked for December, but I have a couple for the new year. I will make a new post with those details. Have a wonderful winter!
