Let's celebrate my 8-year comedy anniversary in July with shows

I started my comedy journey way back in July 2013. It seems so long ago. I started doing workshops at the Dayton Funny Bone and worked my way to building up enough confidence to do open mics. It was a journey. In a way, I feel like I am starting over again since not performing for so long.

So I only have two shows scheduled for July. They are both in the same part of the state, and I hope that you an make it out to a show. It’s especially special now because COVID restrictions are lifted and we can be mask-free. Here are my shows for July.

Friday, July 2: I will be performing in my first contest in years on July 2 at 8:30 p.m. at the Annex-Oasis in Cincinnati. The winner will receive $50 and a paid gig at an upcoming show. The show is hosted by Ovations Entertainment Group. The Annex-Oasis is located at 5501 Hamilton Ave. The show is $10 in advance and $12 at the show.

Thursday, July 8: I am traveling to Newport, Kentucky in July to perform at Southgate House Revival at 111 E. Sixth St. The doors open at 7 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m. Again I will be performing with Lee Mays and Patsy Bee. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
